Sonvert
Effective October 9, 2026. These terms add to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/…/stdeula).
Without a subscription you can open files, see their format, length and the size of the result, and listen to a 10-second preview of the converted sound. Exporting and saving converted files, the batch queue, trimming and loudness are part of Sonvert Pro.
Sonvert Pro is offered as a weekly subscription (with a free trial when you are eligible) and a yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Introductory prices apply to the first period only.
Convert only files you own or have the right to use. Sonvert does not download from websites or streaming services and is not intended to bypass copy protection.
MP3 encoding uses LAME 3.100, licensed under the GNU LGPL 2.0. Its license text is available in the app (Settings › Licenses); object files for relinking are available on request.
Sonvert is provided “as is”. Keep a copy of important originals; we are not liable for lost or altered files to the extent permitted by law.
