Where are my converted files?

Files app › On My iPhone › Sonvert › Converted. You can also share any result from the Done list inside the app.

Why does my video show “no sound track”?

Some screen recordings and silent clips have no audio stream. There is nothing to extract from them.

Which formats are supported?

In: MP3, M4A/AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC, CAF and video (MP4, MOV, M4V). Out: MP3 (64–320 kbps), M4A/AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, ALAC.

Restore a purchase

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore. Manage or cancel: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
